RightPath Insurance Solutions Ltd. was incorporated on 29th October 2007 by Andrew Commins (click here for biography). Having worked within travel insurance claims for 15 years he had identified the following niche opportunities: · Affordable technological enablers · Quality-oriented claims service The initial development strategy centred around establishing RightPath Insurance Solutions Ltd. as a provider of technological solutions to in-house or non-competitive claims facilities whilst also providing the very valuable and highly marketable unique selling propositions for the quality-oriented claims service. The focus over the initial 12 months has therefore been on developing the technological solutions arm of the business with the view to introduce the claims service, in year two. The first year has been very successful, having developed a unique and very complex / comprehensive expert system solution (ATICS) which we are confident will not be replicated to the same level of functionality or versatility. The very slick and reactive development environment that has been established and the internal expertise that has been gained over this period has provided RightPath Insurance Solutions Ltd. with the very valuable internal resources and expertise to continue their growth in innovation. The expertise gained in the niche area of developing expert systems has also positioned RightPath Insurance Solutions as specialists in developing these applications outside of just claims or insurance environments. It is anticipated that this will provide for an interesting and natural exposure to diversification, with natural cross-over potential. Year two objectives are clear: 1. Grow and strengthen the technological solutions arm of RightPath Insurance Solutions through business development. 2. Introduce RightPath Claims. This will be trading name of RightPath Insurance Solutions and the brand that represents the quality-oriented claims service division of the business.
