ATICS has been designed not to replace existing systems, but, to work alongside them seamlessly. Passing data from one system to another using industry standard XML packet data (containing all pertinent information, such as insurance and booking dates) is sent from your existing system to ATICS which then automatically feeds them into the decision making process.

Likewise, it is possible for data to then be written back into your existing system directly from ATICS using the same method, but reversed. This can allow for your system to automatically be populated with settlement amounts, recovery flags, loss codes etc..

What’s more, as the software is web based, it is easy to integrate how the system is opened/accessed by the user from your existing system, for example, a button could be developed which when pressed automatically opens a web-browser that directs to software (hosted on a web-server) and taking with it he packet data (mentioned above). The user then experiences ATICS as an extension of the existing system.
