17/05/2017 Global Response Manager & Deputy Join Rightpath

Rightpath Claims are proud to confirm the appointment of Jane Hastings (former Claims Manager at Global Response) as Customer Service Manager. Having formerly been Claims Manager at Drakefield and Travel and Personal Underwriters, Jane brings a wealth of experience into her new role where she will have ownership of the customer journey.

Jane said “I am extremely excited to be part of a business which has both innovation and genuine customer satisfaction at the core of its proposition and I look forward to strengthening this part of the operation even further.”

Jane is also joined by her Deputy, Kay Parker who now sits in a senior role within the Technical Team.
