Rightpath Insurance Solutions Ltd is an independent innovations provider for cloud based solutions. We began developing our first systems in 2006 and we launched as a company in 2007, turning and maintaining profits from month three.

Having steadily established ourselves as a technology service provider, we launched Rightpath Claims in 2009 to offer third party administration services based on our unique technologies.

In 2010, we were finalists in the HSBC South London Business Awards for Best Small Business on the strength of our comprehensive business plan, vision and creative route to market. We were also finalists in the Best Business for Innovation award, testament to the value provided by our unique technologies.

In 2011, our TPA arm, were again finalists in both the Barclays Croydon Business Awards and HSBC South London Business Awards for Best Business for Customer Service categories.

Rightpath Insurance Solutions are proud developers of the Automated Travel Insurance Claims System (ATICS): The first independently produced rules driven claims assessment tool which is written specifically for travel insurance claims.

ATICS supports claims assessment for all the main travel insurance claim types, including:

This also means that ALL recovery opportunities are identified at the very initial point of contact.
The relevant paragraphs needed to request the documentation (required to validate the information given) and/or explain the claim adjustments, are provided.

All relevant data variables (e.g. dates / amounts) are integrated within the text creating highly customised, yet automated, responses to claims.
